A new take on the common jump box, The Hercules Box doubles as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) equipment and an incline/decline bench press station. 
Field Study
In order to determine the best area of improvement for this design challenge I ran through an intense training circuit at a local H.I.I.T facility. By experiencing this first hand I was able to narrow down my topic of research to the jump boxes which are a vital part of H.I.I.T training.
Ideation
Why The Hercules Box?
Most gyms are overcrowded with equipment, and with the multi use incline/decline bench press option we reduce the need for extra utilities. In addition, the Hercules Box has protective padding along all edges to protect your shins while performing your workout. The lightweight construction and slanted edge provides maximum rigidity making The Hercules Box like no other!
The stackable design allows for varying sizes for different levels of training. Once you have completed your workout, simply place each Hercules box within one another and forget about sacrificing living space for unnecessary equipment. With the versatility of this jump box it makes for the perfect solution for at home or limited space training!
